Our Products are acclaimed by Customers as superb

We believe that the use of permaculture techniques should be the mainstay of the North American farms. We began raising food to feed ourselves and our friends because we wanted to eat food raised with integrity in a chemical-free environment. Today we are proud to offer our products to you and your family. Visits to the farm are encouraged. The best way to ensure you are eating well is to KNOW YOUR FARMER.

Our heritage breed hogs spend their lives outside where they eat grass, wallow in mud, and run in packs. We raise Old Spot, Guinea Hog, and Berkshire hogs because of their temperments, the breeds' natural ability to thrive outside, and the flavor and marbling of their meat.

Please call or visit us to see our selection of cuts. We practice using the whole animal and have a selection of Offal including bones and back fat available. Whole and half hogs are availalable by reservation. All processing is USDA Certified.

Grass-Fed Sheep In a nation that imports over 75% of our lamb, we believe it's important to support local farmers and shrink the global carbon footprint. We raise Icelandic, Katahdin, and California Red sheep for meat, fiber, and hides.

Our Laying Hens, Our "Girls" The sheer number of labels for eggs can be overwhelming, whether they are free-range, cage-free, or pasture-raised. AT STONYBROOK MEADOWS IT IS SIMPLE. Our chickens are free to roam and forage all year. You will find a variety of breeds, all of which lay different colored eggs. The yolks are firm and bright orange- an egg for the egg conoisseur.

Craft Herbal Tea Blends Nutrition traces its roots back to soil conditions. We have been building our soil for decades. The land we now raise food on has been grazed by animals for over 50 years, before we built our home here. Over the past five years we have begun to grow culinary and medicinal herbs for use in our tea blend and for sale. PERMACULTURE is the base of our growing philosophy and we work each season to better design natural efficiencies into our production methods.
