Traditional recipes, many from artisan Italian chefs.  All farm fresh meat products are USDA packaged at a facility with a USDA inspector and meets the highest safety procedures.   Meats are all FRESH frozen and never injected with chemicals to preserve moisture.  Our products are ALL NATURAL-  no preservatives etc.
